Simple System<br />

The maximum 254 position po<strong>in</strong>ts can be pre-registered as the specified position<strong>in</strong>g po<strong>in</strong>t<br />

data <strong>in</strong>formation.<br />

The amplifier allows to set 4 types of servo ga<strong>in</strong> patterns, speed, acceleration /<br />

deceleration and S-curve acceleration/deceleration <strong>in</strong>to each po<strong>in</strong>t data.<br />

After mov<strong>in</strong>g to the first po<strong>in</strong>t, it jumps to the next specified po<strong>in</strong>t. Po<strong>in</strong>t command can be<br />

repeatedly executed for specified times.<br />

S<strong>in</strong>ce position<strong>in</strong>g control unit is unnecessary, it saves wir<strong>in</strong>g and system space.<br />

Efficient Rotational Transfer<br />

Either <strong>in</strong>f<strong>in</strong>ite coord<strong>in</strong>ates (where object unlimitedly keeps<br />

mov<strong>in</strong>g), or f<strong>in</strong>ite coord<strong>in</strong>ates (where object moves to a<br />

constant po<strong>in</strong>t) are selectable. With<strong>in</strong> <strong>in</strong>f<strong>in</strong>ite coord<strong>in</strong>ates,<br />

the object may choose shortest path to the target po<strong>in</strong>t.<br />

Only 3 wir<strong>in</strong>gs needed for this serial <strong>in</strong>terface <strong>model</strong>, where to 50 wir<strong>in</strong>g for I/O <strong>in</strong>terface.<br />

PC is directly connected as a host device. (USBRS-485 conversion I/F is necessary.)<br />

The data and parameter of the position<strong>in</strong>g po<strong>in</strong>ts can be changed from the host device.<br />

This <strong>model</strong> can easily construct the system with PLC with RS-485 <strong>in</strong>terface and<br />

Sanyo<strong>denki</strong>'s controller "SANMOTION C".
