AC SERVO SYSTEMS
High Response
Notch filter with four different frequencies reduces phase
delay and suppresses mechanical resonance, it also improves
the velocity response of equipment.
Vibration Suppression Control
Feed forward vibration suppression control eliminates the
typical vibrations seen at stationary positions in a servo
system. This noise suppression is easily reduced by using
simple on-board tuning procedures.
Shorter Position Settling Time
The vibrations of the low rigidity machine stand is minimized, and shortens positioning settling time.
This amplifier is suitable for chip mounter and other equipment which needs high speed positioning.
Frequency Response: 1200Hz*
Low Cogging Torque
Using our proprietary technology, the motor’s low cogging
torque delivers smooth rotation that is ideal for high precision
processes and vibration-sensitive conveyor applications.
Compact and High Torque Motor
Compared to the previous model, motor size has been
reduced by as much as 30% and maximum stall torque is
improved by up to 26%. Also, all models have high protection
rating IP67/IP65.
EtherCAT Interface
EtherCAT is a industrial field-bus system that allows 100Mbps
high-speed and highly reliable communication. With EtherCAT,
the application controllability will be enhanced, and the takt
time will be greatly reduced.
CLOSED LOOP STEPPING SYSTEMS
High Speed Positioning
High torque performance in the low speed range delivers
a shorter positioning time for a short stroke/high hit rate
application.
Zero Motor Hunting
PB system eliminates the usual motor hunting seen in servo
systems; this is done by applying constant torque delivered to
the motor which is a typical characteristic of stepping motor
systems.
Improved Efficiency
Low motor heat generation is achieved by controlling the
current to the motor which gives you optimum motor performance
through all of the motors speed/torque range.
High Resolution
The position resolution can be subdivided for higher
positioning precision.
Pancake motor is particularly
suitable for electric motor-driven
feeders for chip mounters instead
of conventional air cylinder feeders.
This motor contributes to high
accuracy in feeding mechanisms
and downsizing of the equipment.
