Functions as Hard Limit input or as SND signal (external<br />

zero-signal) when zero-returning.<br />

Hard Limit function<br />

Decelerates and stops when Limit is detected. During<br />

Limit, shift commands for the Limit direction are<br />

disabled. Shift commands for the opposite limit direction<br />

are accepted. During Limit, command pulse for Limit<br />

direction is disregarded.<br />

Gains soft Limit function by Command 32h and 33h.<br />

Limit function does not operate during zero-return.<br />

Limit input is enabled after completion of<br />

zero-return.<br />

Zero-return SDN signal function<br />

Functions as SDN signal when the zero-return Type, set<br />

by Command 45h, is 1 or 2.<br />

In the case of rotational operation or for use only as<br />

SDN signal function, set command 11h-DAT3-Bit7<br />

1 and mask the Limit function.<br />

For SDN signal function details, please refer to the<br />

zero-return timing chart.<br />
