Die Paul Stubm sind ein Urgestein der
Salzburger Gastronomieszene. Etwas
versteckt unterhalb der Festung gibt es
hier außer sonntags ab 17 Uhr rustikales,

The Paul Stubm is a genuine veteran of
the Salzburg restaurant scene. Somewhat
hidden below the walls of the
fortress is the rustic, cozy atmosphere.
As many Salzburgers would say, the
best roast pork and the best ‘Kasnocken‘
(cheese dumplings) in the city.
To round the meal off, perhaps enjoy a
legendary ‘Zirbenschnaps‘.
