An actively engaged workforce is one of the foundations of any <strong>com</strong>pany’s health and<br />
safety strategy. It ensures that all those involved with a work activity<br />
are participating in managing the risks.<br />
Workers are most at risk of having accidents or experiencing ill health, and they also<br />
know the most about the jobs that they do. Workers are in the best position to help<br />
managers develop effective and successful safe systems of work.<br />
