Die Auswuchtgewichte und Gewichtepositionen auf der Felge werden anhand
von individuellen Grenzwerten für die statische und dynamische Restunwucht
berechnet. Im Idealfall wird nur ein einziges Gewicht benötigt G. Mit WeightLess
spart der Bediener Auswuchtgewichte und Arbeitszeit H.
MINISTAT (Patent) F Minimiert die statische Restunwucht, die die Ursache
vieler Vibrationsprobleme ist.
CEC Centring Error Check I Manchmal ist das Rad auf der Auswuchtmaschine
nicht richtig aufgespannt. CEC zeigt dieses Problem auf dem Monitor
an. CEC ist eine Funktion von AVS (Option).
EOS Ergonomic Operating System – Der TOUCH screen ist direkt im Blickfeld
des Bedieners. Der HS High Shelf Gewichtekasten ermöglicht eine optimale Erkennung
und Auswahl der richtigen Gewichte. Der Radschutz dient gleichzeitig
als Blendschutz für den Monitor. DESIGN: Blanke & Friends, Germany.
ECO DRIVE J Ein Rad mittlerer Größe wird in weniger als 1 Sekunde
auf 100 Upm beschleunigt. Danach dreht das Rad ohne Motorkraft. Vorteile:
weniger Energiebedarf, weniger Verschleiß, weniger Geräusche. Der virtuelle
Direktantrieb steht außerdem für extreme Arbeitsgeschwindigkeit und Präzision.
AUTO SPLIT – Mit der neuen Software ist es noch einfacher und schneller Klebegewichte
zu splitten.
Platzsparender Radschutz – Die megaspin 1000 kann direkt an eine
Wand gestellt werden.

Easy AUTOSELECT 2 B The operator just has to turn on the machine, and
move the gauge to the positions, where he wants to attach the weights: The
megaspin 1000 automatically detects the 3 most important balancing programs.
MEGASTICK 2 with 30” C Easy balancing of alloy rims with unlimited
choice for adhesive weight positions. Rectangular movement of the gauge,
thus ensuring the maximum possible accuracy: One spin cycle does it all!
Automatic diameter reading up to 30”. Picture with roller for AVS (option).
Auto Sense D Touch free, fully automatic sensing of the rim width by simply
closing the wheel guard.
TPS Tyre Positioning System E The best tyre for the driver, the second best
for the co-driver. The ultimate ride comfort. Automatically and additionally
to balancing. TPS is part of AVS (option).
WeightLess F This new software is a further satge of MINISTAT. The balance
weights and rim positions are optimised within individual thresholds for static and
dynamic unbalance. In ideal cases only one single weight must be applied G.
Thus significant amounts of weights and working time can be saved H.
MINISTAT (patent) F Minimises the residual static unbalance. Residual static
unbalance is the cause of many vibration problems.
CEC Centring Error Check I Sometimes the clamping of the wheel might
not be correct. CEC will indicate this problem on the monitor.
CEC is part of AVS (option).

weights. The wheel guard keeps interfering light off the monitor.

ECO DRIVE J A medium sized wheel is accelerated to 100 rpm in less then
1 second. After that the tyre is rotating without motor power. Advantages:
less energy consumption, less wear and tear, less noise. The virtual direct drive
ensures ultimate working speed and accuracy.
AUTO SPLIT – With the new, upgraded function it is even more easy and faster to
split weights.
SPACESAVING WHEELGUARD – The megaspin 1000 can be placed right
against a wall.

AVS Anti Vibrations System
Das Problem: Auch wenn alle Räder eines Fahrzeugs perfekt ausgewuchtet
sind, könnten einige dieser Räder auf der Straße nicht vollkommen rund
laufen. Als Konsequenz daraus läuft das Fahrzeug nicht völlig ruhig, und die
Radaufhängungen sind einem verstärktem Verschleiß ausgesetzt.
Die Lösung: Mit AVS kann der Bediener die geometrischen Unregelmäßigkeiten
von Reifen und Felge identifizieren und durch Matchen bestmöglich
ausgleichen. AVS ist ein mächtige Hard- und Software, die auf dem langjährigen
Know How mit unseren industriellen Rad Match Maschinen basiert.

AVS Anti Vibration System
The problem: Even after balanced to Zero, some wheels might not run
perfectly round on the road. These run-out problems will cause vibrations
to the suspension and the chassis of the car. The ride of the car will not be
smooth and the car has to suffer significant wear and tear .
The solution: With AVS the operator can detect the geometric irregularities
of tyre and rim, and compensate and match them with each other in the
best possible way. AVS is a powerfull hard- and software, based on the vast
experience with our industrial Tyre Matching Machines.
