Responsibilities
Summary
The ideal candidate will be a detail oriented team player with
excellent people, phone and multi-tasking skills. A strong interest in
finance and General Aviation is essential.
Essential Functions Handles initial loan questions from customers and conducts basic
financial analysis of aircraft loans ensuring compliance with
appropriate company and financial partners’ standards. Will be
trained to evaluate credit applications.
Examines overall loan documentation to ensure accuracy and
completeness.
Consults with our members about their current and future aircraft
needs.
Establishes an ongoing relationship with our members through the
delivery of exceptional customer service.
Sells additional services by recognizing opportunities to up-sell
members.
Assists members through the loan process from application to closing
by clarifying issues, researching and exploring answers and alternative
solutions, implementing solutions, and escalating unresolved
problems.
Review a minimum of 20 applications per day.
Desired Education BS in Finance, Business, or Related Field preferred.
Desired Job
Experience
Pilot Certification or A&P mechanic.
Must be organized, self-starter, self-motivated, and have effective
interpersonal skills.
Two years of sales, customer service, or banking experience

preferred.
Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook and the Internet.
Hours may extend beyond a normal workweek.
