Log Files
Command and data strings can be recorded during
the operation and saved in Log files for the analysis
of malfunctions. They are saved on the hard disk or
on external storage media and can be called up on
the machine or transmitted via remote data
transmission.
Logbooks:
− Communication:
Communication between Main and Subs
− Error:
Error and time span between errors
− Service call:
The technician has to confirm his service call
(repair and preventive maintenance) in this
Logbook. The time elapsed since the last service
call is calculated automatically.
− Modifications:
− Repairs are entered in this Logbook by the
technician.
− PCBs with version number coding and new
Software versions are entered automatically.
− Extensive conversion kits are entered
automatically from a diskette.
− Single exchange parts and small conversion
kits are entered by the technician.
− Versions:
New Software and version numbers of boards
are entered in addition in this Logbook.
− Laser:
Check of the beam capacity and entry in this
Logbook. If the limit value is reached, an
message to replace will appear.
