Inlet Rollers in front of the IR Dryer
Clean the inlet rollers
Lubricate the gears with Klüberplex
IR Dryer (if required)
Move the sorter aside
Remove the dryer cover: turn the screws 90º
with a coin
Disconnect the cable from the IR dryer (1)
Loosen the knurled screw (2) of the IR dryer
and remove the IR dryer
Loosen 2 knurled screws (3) and take the
insertion out of the IR dryer
Clean the rollers:
the inside light rubber rollers
the black inlet and outlet rollers
Clean the continuous chain and lubricate with
Klübersynth
Clean the plastic gears and lubricate with
Klüberplex

Outlet Unit
Remove the top cover of the Outlet Unit
Clean the Outlet Unit
Check the rollers for smooth movement and if
necessary lubricate the plastic bearings and the
bearing points of the mobile guide elements
with Constant OY 220
Replace the plastic gears if they are worn;
otherwise lubricate with Klüberplex
Densitometer Area (Outlet Unit)
Clean the densitometer area of the Outlet Unit
Carefully clean the densitometer head (Q-Tips)
Check the pressure mechanism for smooth
movement
