Replacing the toothed Belt
Replacement required:
Belt defective
Allan key 1,5
Cross tip screwdriver
Removal:
− Work steps as described under Replace motor
ST_MO01 on the previous page
− In addition:
− Open the belt tensioner (1)
− Remove the belt to be replaced
Installation:
− In reverse order
Tension the belt:
− Shift the motor plate and the belt tensioner

Replacing the flat Belts
Replacement required:
Belt defective
Cross tip screwdriver
Removal:
− Unscrew the belt tensioner (1) of the larger
toothed belt
− Detach the spring (2) of the top guide shaft
− Remove 3 circlips (3) from the guide roller and
the large transport roller on the connector side (if
necessary, unscrew the connector holder)
− Remove the bearings of all 4 shafts and push the
shafts towards the motor
− Remove the flat belts (4)
Installation:
− Thread new toothed belts
− Mount in reverse order
− Tension the toothed belts, hang in the springs
− Functional check: The belts run between the
spacer rollers of the guide shafts
