Repair Printer Functional Check after the Replacement of Parts If parts are replaced on an assembly group which also influence the paper transport, a functional test with paper should be performed in the Service program. For this, the assembly group has to be pulled out and operated via the service cables. Printer Repair Sheet Transfer ST, replacing Parts − Slacken 1 screw (1) − Pull ST to the front dlabr062 Replacing the Motor ST_MO01 Replacement required: Motor defective Allan key 1,5 Removal: − Dismount the hand wheel (1): 2 Allan screws on the shaft − Unscrew the metal bracket with handle (2) − Disconnect the connector (3) − Detach the motor from the clutch / the sync disk (4): 2 Allan screws − Slacken the belt by unscrewing the motor plate: 2 tensioning screw, 1 screw inside − Remove the motor plate − Unscrew the motor from the motor plate Installation: In reverse order − Tension the belt by shifting the motor plate − Install the assembly group and check the motor function in the Service program: Scripts/scripts_printer/data_ld/ST sheet Transfer dlabr293 6.4.62 2001-01-02 /PN 9009 AGFA d-lab.3

− Pull ST to the front<br />

Allan key 1,5<br />

Removal:<br />

− Dismount the hand wheel (1):<br />

2 Allan screws on the shaft<br />

− Unscrew the metal bracket with handle (2)<br />

− Disconnect the connector (3)<br />

− Detach the motor from the clutch / the sync disk<br />

(4):<br />

2 Allan screws<br />

− Slacken the belt by unscrewing the motor plate:<br />

2 tensioning screw, 1 screw inside<br />

− Remove the motor plate<br />

− Unscrew the motor from the motor plate<br />

Installation:<br />

In reverse order<br />

− Tension the belt by shifting the motor plate<br />

− Install the assembly group and check the motor<br />

function in the Service program:<br />
