Repair
Readjust the print head counter plate:
− Unscrew the stud bolts far enough so that the
print head counter plate is fully on the top paper
guide (up) when the two fastening screws are
screwed on
− Turn the stud bolts to the stop with respect to the
top paper guide
− Slacken the fastening screws
Screw in the 4 stud bolts 0,5 turn
The print head counter plate must have a distance
of > 0,4 mm with respect to the bottom paper guide.
Replacing RD_GS01 Back Printer Control
Replacement required:
Faults due to a defective GS
Removal:
− Check the program version prior to the removal:
Run Script and note down the version for
prrd.hex:
Scripts/scripts_dlab/pr_vers_setup.txt
− Disconnect all connectors from RD_GS01
− Pull RD_GS01 off the 4 clamping pieces
Installation:
− Mount the new GS
− Connect the connector

Check:
− Run Script again, compare the version
− If the version differs, load the appropriate file of
the Software package with Service GUI /
