Repair Printer Replacing Light Sensors Replacement required: LS defective LS LS01 LS02 LS04 LS05 LS06 LS07 LS08 LS10 on LD_GS: GS09 GS07 without GS GS05 GS04 GS03 GS02 GS08 Allan keys 2,5 and 4 Cross tip screwdriver Removal: − Remove the GS with the defective LS: Disconnect the connector − For GS04, GS05, GS07, GS08, unlock the guide plate and the rear guide before. − For GS09 dismount the printer first. Installation: − Mount a new LS, connect the connector − For GS07 first unscrew the lateral screws used to fasten the guide plate so as not to damage the paper guide when moved in dlabr297 Check: − Check the light sensors in the service program: Scripts/scriptes_printer/data_ld/ ld_lichtschranken/ld_lsxx.txt − Start the Script: Status off/on is displayed − When the LS is covered, O.K. must be pushed again and the new status is displayed AGFA d-lab.3 2001-01-02 /PN 9009 6.4.57
Printer Repair Replacing toothed Belts Replacement required: Toothed belt damaged Allan keys 3 and 2,5 Dynamometer Removal: − Unscrew the clamping piece or the motor for the respective belt, for the belts (5) and (6) open in addition the connection to the distributor slider − Remove the belts Installation: − Mount new belts − For the belts (5) and (6) make the connection to the slider again Adjust the belt tension: − The setting values described already under Changing the motor hold for the belts on the motors: − Motor 01 35 N − Motor 02 6 N − Motor 03 6 N − Motor 04 only mounted − Tension both belts (5 and 6) for MO03 at 27 N. − Setting values for the other belts: − R3 12 N − R1 16 N dlabr291 6.4.58 2001-01-02 /PN 9009 AGFA d-lab.3
