Cross tip screwdriver<br />

Removal:<br />

− Remove the GS with the defective LS:<br />

Disconnect the connector<br />

− For GS04, GS05, GS07, GS08, unlock the<br />

guide plate and the rear guide before.<br />

− For GS09 dismount the printer first.<br />

Installation:<br />

− Mount a new LS, connect the connector<br />

− For GS07 first unscrew the lateral screws used to<br />

fasten the guide plate so as not to damage the<br />

paper guide when moved in<br />

Check:<br />

− Check the light sensors in the service program:<br />

Scripts/scriptes_printer/data_ld/<br />

ld_lichtschranken/ld_lsxx.txt<br />

− Start the Script: Status off/on is displayed<br />

− When the LS is covered, O.K. must be pushed<br />

again and the new status is displayed<br />
