Repair Printer Adjust the belt tension: − Push the motor in tensioning direction (except MO03) and fasten it at the following tensioning torque (the weight of the motors has been considered): − Motor 01 − Motor 02 − Motor 03 35 N 6 N 6 N − Motor MO04 is only mounted: The belt tension is set on the clamping pieces on the opposite side. Both belts (5) and (6) for MO03 must be tensioned at 27 N. − Functional check of the motors with the Scripts: MO01.txt, MO02.txt, MO03test.txt, MO04.txt Connect the service cable and call up the above Script under: Scripts/scripts_printer/data_ld/motors − The cycle number to be entered in the Scripts defines the number of possible new starts at one call. The motor is running permanently until STOP is pressed. − In the Script MO03text.txt the sledge is held in the middle after an initialisation.
