− Move the set of belts to the back as far as
possible (supporting it with your right hand,
removed guide plate) and lower it:
− The ball pins lock into the guide holes at the
back
− At the front, the pin must be in the plate (cable
holder)
− Fasten the plate and by this the whole assembly
group
− Check the correct belt position, if necessary, turn
the belts to position them correctly
− Mount the sensor plate and screw it on without
shifting the belts off the rollers!
− Mount the toggle:
Push the bottom set of belts together a little to
make the insertion easier and ensure that it locks
correctly in the toggle.
− Mount the sensor PE_LS02
− Click in the cable
− Mount the cover plate
− Mount the guide plate
− Remove the photographic paper from the print
roller, drive the print roller by turning the clutch.
Never pull out the sheet because of the belt
pressure! The belts may be relocated.
The belt tension is set in the same way as on the
bottom set of rollers.
As the rear screw is not accessible, it should be
checked before mounting a new assembly group
that the two clamping screws lift the rail with the
rollers off the side parts by approx. 2-3 turns.
