Printer Repair Replacing the Set of Belts at the bottom Replacement required: Belts or rollers damaged by a paper jam Allan keys 3 and 4 Screwdriver Spanners 13 and 9 Removal: − Pull out the PE − Open the set of belts − Remove the locking lever on the left side: Remove the safety spring (1) − Remove the sensor holder (2) with sensor PE_LS02 − Detach the spring (3) on the actuator − Open the circlip (4) on the toggle, push in actuator piston − Remove the toggle (5) − Dismount the sensor PE_GS03 (6) with the holder − Unscrew the Allan screws (7) (key size 13) on both sides of the cast frame: The set of belts only hangs on 1 supporting screw (8) on either side − Remove the supporting screw on the right side, only slacken it on the left side until the set of belts is free − Remove the set of belts dlabr289 Installation: − Put the new set of belts in the supporting screws first, tighten the screws − Mount 2 Allan screws on either side − Check the belt mounting position − Mount sensor PE_GS03 − Mount the toggle: Do not unscrew the eccentric screw (lacquersealed, specific gap dimension)! − Mount the sensor holder with sensor PE_LS02 − Hang in the spring − Mount the locking lever − Close the set of belts dlabr290 6.4.40 2001-01-02 /PN 9009 AGFA d-lab.3
