Print Engine PE, replacing Parts
Replacing the Motor PE_MO01
Replacement required:
Motor defective
Allan keys 2,5 and 3
Removal:
− Pull out the PE
− Remove the rear cover plate
− Remove the sensor PE_LS05 (BOP), integrated
on PE_GS03,
− Disconnect the connector of the motor (in the top
frame)
− Open the fastening of the clutch for the motor
shaft (on the side of the motor)
− Dismount the motor: Unscrew 4 Allan screws
Caution!
The rear screw is difficult to access. Do not damage
the belt underneath; cover it if necessary.

Installation:
− Insert the new motor:
Do not damage the belt (cover it)
− Screw on the motor
− Fasten the clutch
− Install the cable and connect it
− Mount the sensor
− Mount the plate
Test the function in the Service program
