Replacing the Centring Finger on the Sheet Centring Unit
Allan keys 2,5 and 3,0
Removal:
− Pull out the TU
− Unlock the bottom unit and fold it down
− Disconnect the connectors from TU_MO11 and
TU_LS07 (directly on the component, not on the
printed circuit)
− Unscrew the sheet centring unit .TUA0
− Unscrew the rails with the centring fingers
(2 Allan screws 2,5):
− LH side guide 8.8060.TU27.
with spring-loaded centring fingers
− RH side guide 8.8060.TU28.
with fixed centring fingers
The centring rail with the fixed centring fingers is
always located on the side of motor TU_MO04.
Installation:
Be sure to keep the order!
− Push in the guides (1)
− Put the centring rail with the fixed centring fingers
(2) on the guides, push it against the stop (4) and
screw it on
− Put the centring rail with the spring-loaded
centring fingers (3) on the guides, push it against
the stop (4) and screw it on
− Open and close the sheet centring unit by hand
to check the correct stop:
The centring rail must always be on the stop, the
guide must never be at the end of the chamfered
slit.
− When mounting the sheet centring unit .TUA0,
make sure that the assembly group is accurately
inserted in the centring bolts, otherwise no
correct sheet centring is guaranteed.
If additional toothed belts or the motor TU_MO04
are replaced, the belt tension must be adjusted
before the centring rails are mounted.
