Replacing the Transport Roller .SG11
Replacement required:
Transport roller damaged
Allan keys 2,0 and 3,0
Dynamometer
Flat pliers
− Remove the cover of the SG_GS04:
Slacken 4 Allan screws
− Remove the complete SG_GS04 with the GS
support:
− Remove one screw each on the left and on the
right side of the GS
− Disconnect the cable!
− Unscrew the red handwheel
− Unscrew the motor SG_MO01 so that the belt
tension slackens; remove the belt
− Unscrew the sync disk .SGKK and pull it off the
shaft
− Remove the pin from the shaft
− Remove the circlip and the washer; pull out the
ball bearing
Other side:
− Remove the circlip, pressure spring, washer
− Pull out the ball bearing
− Open the coupling (secured with a circlip)
− Hang out the springs on the counter pressure
roller .SGAQ
− Use the pliers to detach the spring from the
plate on the side of the motor SG_MO01
− On the other side, the spring can be detached
from the shaft
− Remove the shaft with the transport roller
Caution
Make absolutely sure that the washer is between the
ball bearing and the spring, otherwise the spring
brushes directly on the bearing!
Measure the belt tension with the dynamometer:
