The PCB PF_GS01 (1) is located behind the front
panel
− Switch off the Printer
− To open the front door open first the upper door
of the print engine
− Press the button (see arrow), to open the front
panel

Replacement is required in the following cases:
− Communication problems with the Main
Computer (read out of hardware and software
versions is no longer possible).
− Communication problems with the Printer
assemblies (cables have been tested and were
OK).
The error symptoms could be similar to those
generated by other units.
A clear indication for problems on the Printer
Mainboard is simultaneous lighting of all segments
in the segment display (88).
In order to check this jumper J5 must be plugged in.
For the testing of the Mainboard there is a script
available:
