Mounting the rocker:
− Remove the guide plates
− Remove the bottom rubber roller:
− Jam the shaft: Push a pin or a hexagon key
through the hole in the motor shaft
− Unscrew the marked screw
− Pull off the roller
− Push the rocker with the inserted spring a few
mm on the shaft; for the spring position see
Figure below
− Turn the rocker until it sits on the motor shaft
(eccentric hangs down)
− Turn the spring until the long leg is on the
rocker: The leg moves away from the rubber
roller towards the motor shaft.
− Push the rocker incl. spring completely on the
shaft: The short leg of the spring slides into the
recess on the shaft.
− Turn the rocker against the spring tension until
it rests on the negative carrier (eccentric is also
in contact)
− Fasten the bottom rubber roller again on the
motor shaft
− Put the lock washer in the rocker
− Screw the blades on the negative carrier
