Code of Conduct
for SAACKE suppliers
This code of conduct defines the principles and requirements for SAACKE's suppliers of goods and
services with regards to their responsibilities towards man and environment.
Compliance of Laws
- to adhere to the applicable legal order in each case
Prohibition of Corruption and Bribery
- to neither tolerate nor get involved with any form of corruption and bribery, including any kind
of illegal payment offers or similar benefits to authorities or employees and employees of
Saacke in order to manipulate the decision making.
Health and Safety of Employees
- to take responsibility for health and safety towards internal and external employees;
- to minimise risks and to provide optimal precautions against accidents and occupational diseases;
- to offer training and to secure that all employees are experts on the subject of safety at work;
- to set up and apply a management system for occupational safety

Environmental Protection
- to consider environmental protection in terms of legal norms and international standards;
- to minimise environmental pollution and to continiously improve the conservation of the environment;
- to set up or apply an environmental management system or a similar system
Supply Chains
- to promote the contents of this code of conduct to internal suppliers at the best;
- to comply with the principles of non-discrimination during the selection of and association
with suppliers.
