Code of Conduct<br />

for SAACKE suppliers<br />

This code of conduct defines the principles and requirements for SAACKE's suppliers of goods and<br />

services with regards to their responsibilities towards man and environment.<br />

Compliance of Laws<br />

- to adhere to the applicable legal order in each case<br />

Prohibition of Corruption and Bribery<br />

- to neither tolerate nor get involved with any form of corruption and bribery, including any kind<br />

of illegal payment offers or similar benefits to authorities or employees and employees of<br />

<strong>Saacke</strong> in order to manipulate the decision making.<br />

Health and Safety of Employees<br />

- to take responsibility for health and safety towards internal and external employees;<br />

- to minimise risks and to provide optimal precautions against accidents and occupational diseases;<br />

- to offer training and to secure that all employees are experts on the subject of safety at work;<br />

- to set up and apply a management system for occupational safety<br />
