Dancers are in circles of three couples with ladies on<br />

their partner’s right.<br />

1-8 All dance six hands round and back.<br />

9-12 All face partners and dance back to back.<br />

13-16 All turn partners with RH.<br />

17-20 All dance RHA (i.e., six hands).<br />

21-24 The man with his hand underneath pulls the lady<br />

opposite (his new partner) under the hands of<br />

the others and they take promenade hold. The<br />

next man does the same, and the 3 rd man pulls<br />

his new partner towards him.<br />

25-30 All promenade at random about the room.<br />

31-32 Each couple joins up with another two couples<br />

to make a circle.<br />
