INGREDIENTS<br />

4 courgette flowers,<br />

4 cubes of smoked scamorza cheese,<br />

4 anchovy fillets.<br />

For the batter:<br />

20 gr of flour,<br />

half a glass of sparkling water,<br />

salt and pepper.<br />

PREPARATION<br />

Wash and clean the courgette flowers,<br />

stuff each with a cube of smoked<br />

scamorza cheese and an anchovy fillet,<br />

dip into a standard batter mix and fry at<br />

170° C for one minute.<br />
