SILICON MOULDS
Silicon moulds can be used for all kinds of recipes, both
sweet and savoury. Handy and functional, they are perfect
for both freezing and cooking, even in the microwave
(-60°C to +260°C). As silicon is non-stick and flexible,
the moulds always give the mixture a perfect shape and
allow the end result to be easily removed. Ideal for low-fat
cookery (you don’t need to grease and flour them), they
can be washed both by hand and in the dishwasher.
