Are you fascinated by the splendid decorations on ice-cream<br />

cakes and semifreddos on display in confectioner’s and ice cream<br />

shops? Have you ever wondered how they manage to achieve such<br />

marvellous effects? To tell the truth, it’s no trouble at all if you use<br />

puff pastry biscuits. Simply place the sheet with the decorative part<br />

facing upwards and spread the mixture on top. Put it in a static oven<br />

at 250°C for approximately 7-8 minutes, take it out and immediately<br />

remove the sheet to obtain a perfect decoration that can be cut to<br />

the required shape and size.<br />
