Dear Parents,
Our first book fair in south campus had a carnival-like atmosphere
with the atrium decorated with lots of balloons, danglers and streamers.
The opening ceremony was conducted by Ms. Zeba Khan, our
Head of the Junior School and was accompanied by both head girl,
Sarah-Grade 5 and head boy Keanon-Grade 5. The children were entertained
by a stilt walker and a juggler. Everyone benefitted from
and enjoyed the book fair! This fair helped the school by adding more
resources to our library. There were Arabic and Islamic books in English
which was very popular among students and parents.
This book fair was conducted by READ Publishing. It was a huge success among the community. It was also a
learning experience for the students as they learned how to make choices in a responsible fashion.
