of residential development proposed over the period of the Plan.<br />
Childcare: Additional childcare facilities will be provided by<br />
developers.<br />
Community Facilities: An additional playground and playing<br />

9.3.2 Further development within the LAP <strong>area</strong><br />
As mentioned within the earlier part of the LAP, further increases in housing and population within the<br />
LAP <strong>area</strong> will generate considerable demand and need for the provision of an adequate level of<br />
community facilities, public transport services, employment opportunities, shopping facilities, road<br />
network capacity and general infrastructure in the immediate and broader <strong>area</strong>. There is also a need for a<br />
