7. Preface: A grainage needs to be managed well in order to work
efficiently and effectively. The activities include the planning
of purchase in line with the demand, ensuring quality at all
levels, operating economically, planning and assigning works
to the employees, managing the cash flow and maintaining the
discipline, and ensuring the production of disease free layings.
