Competency:
After completion of the course, the trained person would
be able to coordinate different activities of grainage and
supervise egg production.
6. Duration: 150 hours
7. Preface: The grainage operations require coordination at all the
stages so as to get optimum productivity at the lowest
expenses and to deliver the materials to the customers in
time. Supervisor coordinates all aspects of grainage
ranging from pre emergence to egg laying, moth testing
and marketing of eggs. He supervises the availability of
skilled labour for day - to - day work and he has to make
arrangements for shortage of labour. Supervisor sorts out
all kinds of discrepancies which may arise during egg
production. Hence, this module.
