When paying by CREDIT CARD a processing FEE will be added to the total amount, that can not
be refunded. (Visa/Mastercard 2.5%, American Express: 3%).
CANCELLATIONS must be received in writing and are subject to a 20% fee after 1 October 2009.
No refunds can be made after 19 October 2009.
