aircraft. During fuel servicing, the use of aircraft APU/<br />

GTC without integral fire suppression capability will<br />

require a Halon 1211 extinguisher to be positioned in the<br />

FSSZ and to protect both the aircraft and APU/GTC exhaust<br />

port area.<br />

c. Cargo aircraft with nuclear weapons aboard. One Halon 1211 extinguisher per aircraft located in the<br />

FSSZ. Additionally, during loading and off loading operations,<br />

engine starts, or other aircraft servicing, a minimum<br />

of one ARFF vehicle, <strong>Air</strong> <strong>Force</strong> P-19 or equivalent<br />

ARFF vehicle meeting or exceeding P-19 capabilities is<br />

required to be in standby posture. Stand by ARFF vehicle<br />

will maintain a one-minute response time during<br />

taxi, takeoff and landing. The <strong>Base</strong> Fire Chief determines<br />

positioning for optimum response.<br />

d. Concurrent Servicing Operations during Sortie Generation:<br />
