Zimbabwe. The university also participates in numerous student<br />
exchange and placement programmes, such as the Erasmus<br />
programme and the Leonardo da Vinci programme. Others are<br />
operated in conjunction with other Nordic countries (NORDPLUS).<br />
NTNU cooperates with the University of Oslo and a number of other<br />
educational institutions, in offering Gründerskolen (Entrepreneurship<br />
Concept School), in which students from NTNU travel to the Silicon<br />
Valley, Boston, or Singapore and remain from June through August.<br />
Students are placed with startup companies, where they work during<br />
the day - while attending an evening course in entrepreneurship and<br />
work on a business plan.<br />

A) University of Ljubljana - www.uni-lj.si<br />
B) University of Ljubljana (UL) has procedural rules and policies<br />
concerning <strong>cooperation</strong> with business entities and enterprises<br />
in place. University supports all forms of university-enterprise<br />
<strong>cooperation</strong>. Apart from transfer of knowledge through education<br />
of students (and their employment in businesses) and publication<br />
of papers, the University shares its’ knowledge through: sponsored<br />
research agreements, contractual consulting, licensing, and spinoff<br />
companies.<br />
University of Ljubljana’s seven strategic objectives desired to achieve<br />
higher quality, cohesion and time reduction between creating, obtaining,<br />
transferring and applying knowledge are:<br />
1. Increasing the scope and quality of research and development work;<br />
2. Introducing study programmes in line with the Bologna process<br />
principles;<br />
3. Strengthening and enhancing international <strong>cooperation</strong>;<br />
4. Increasing the flow of knowledge into practice;<br />
5. Establishing a comprehensive system of quality monitoring and<br />
assurance;<br />
6. Development of supplementary activities;<br />
7. Strengthening mutual <strong>cooperation</strong> among autonomous members.<br />
All the strategic decision-making is reached through the University<br />
Of Ljubljana Board Of Directors and the Senate.<br />
C) University of Ljubljana aims to increase the applicable value<br />
of its’ knowledge and the constant flow of knowledge between<br />
Univesity of Ljubljana faculties and other organisations in the<br />
