cooperation is incorporated in the Statute of the University of Novi Sad
(UNS), Novi Sad, Serbia. University of Novi Sad promotes, develops
and establishes the university-enterprises cooperation both within
Novi Sad establishes contacts regularly with interested companies
and creates protocols and contracts about bilateral (or multilateral)
cooperation, exchange personnel and organization of seminars,
info days or students practice. Members from enterprises are not
currently involved in the management structures, decision-making
structures and bodies of the UNS.
C) Technology Transfer Centre (TTC) was established at the
University of Novi Sad and this has been the first step towards
creation of the Science and Technology Park Novi Sad. Legally,
TTC is embedded into a wider environment called the University
Innovation Centre, established by UNS in cooperation with Serbian
Ministry of Science and Technology. Furthermore, the Novi Sad
