Snow A raw material for works of art
In August 2009, colleagues from
Rhomberg visited the exhibition
Schnee. Rohstoff der Kunst (“Snow. A
raw material for works of art”) in the
Vorarlberg State Museum. The topic
was approached in an unusual and
exciting manner from the point of view
of a summer exhibition.
BBW cycling team Plain sailing
At the end of July 2009 the 2 nd Intersport
Eybl Business Radkriterium
cycling event took place in Wels. This
year’s event also marked the first time
that Bahnbau Wels GmbH entered a
cycling team into the competition, a
race that laps around the inner city
of Wels. Even though it wasn’t quite
enough for a podium finish for the
BBW cycling team in the end, we are
still extremely proud of our team.
Railway technology training course in Monterrey, Nuevo León in Mexico
At the end of the project there was a
training course for personnel at operator
Metrorrey which covered inspection,
maintenance and repairs for the
track systems. The training was set
up under direct responsibility of Mario
Dattola and coordinated with the
operator. Mario Dattola was also able
to cover the special local features and
requirements of the project, not least
thanks to his many years of experience
in Mexico.
