of 750 m.
Key facts 750 m length of track to be removed
and reconstructed. A total of about 1,415 m 3
of ballast is laid and foundations are laid for
40 overhead line masts. One level crossing is
completely changed and at a second crossing
the track is moved along the stop.

Key facts About 1,270 m of ballastless double
track is overhauled. The contract involves
the renewal of the base and top concrete,
temporary track installations, reconstruction of
the track drainage and the installation of about
1,500 m of cable piping.
Laying concrete in Zürich: the double track along Seefeldstrasse is overhauled over a
distance of 1,270 m.

Key facts Removal and reconstruction of a
187 m long double track and 150 m long single
track with turning loop (both ballastless track)
as well as about 205 m traditional track with
ballast.
In addition, the installation of 4 track switches
and construction of 10 foundation pads for
overhead line masts.
Installation of a total of about 730 m of cable
pipe, construction of 30 inspection chambers
and renewal of 460 m of overhead lines.
Ballastless track in Zürich: in Forchstrasse the tracks were first removed and then
reconstructed.

Key facts Installation of a total of 6,800 m of
SBB I and SBB IV ballast track on concrete
sleepers, and 288 m Ri 60N track on concrete
sleepers. This involves the installation of about
21,000 tonnes of ballast, the welding of 1,050
rails, the laying of 10,075 concrete sleepers
and installation of 17 track switches.
