Special service for a new hotel in Vienna
Former office space becomes a stylish residence
Above the roofs of Vienna the shell of the new hotel has been constructed.
The corkscrew staircase has been completely
rebuilt.
Its central location in the inner city
of Vienna directly on the intersection
between the Ringstrasse and Franz-
Josefs-Kai is a promising basis for the
successful future of the hotel. Many
well known companies’ headquarters
are situated in the immediate vicinity,
as are underground stations, the rapid
railway service and CAT, the direct link
to Schwechat airport. For business
people looking for a medium or longterm
place to stay, these are unbeatable
advantages.
TAILOR-MADE FOR BUSINESS
PEOPLE
The interior design and fit out of the
Aparthotel has also been carefully
selected to suit its target clientele of
businessmen and -women: instead of
the usual hotel restaurants, all of the
guest rooms have been furnished with
their own self-catering kitchens. The
hotel also offers an interesting range
of spaces for seminars and events.
With a dedicated wellness area with
fitness equipment and saunas, there is
also plenty of chance to relax in luxury.
SPEAKING THE SAME LANGUAGE
AS OUR CUSTOMERS
The number of international companies
investing in Austria is increasing. Consequently,
it is quite easy to imagine a
scenario in which our contacts do not
speak any German. In the case of the
Aparthotel / Uraniastrasse project, we
needed to discuss a great number of
details with the persons responsible at
Pierre & Vacances, the hotel operator
and lessee. It soon became apparent
that it would only be possible to
meet the tight schedules if we could
communicate with our contacts in
their mother tongue, so we decided
to engage the services of a French
interpreter for all meetings and site
inspections conducted with the hotel
operator – and the result of this was
that we were able to move the project
along at our usual pace.
Rhomberg can now proudly look back
on another important reference project
in the region of Vienna, in addition to
the range of office buildings, commercial
buildings and underground car
parks delivered in recent years.
Together with a range of active
marketing efforts, this has helped to
strengthen and raise the awareness
level of the Rhomberg brand in the
east of Austria.
