Variety on minor works sites The common denominator is craftsmanship, perfection in every detail This year, 24 skilled hands have once again shown how impressively a well-trained team can perform. The number and diversity of the projects undertaken by Herbert Zitz and his minor works team provides them plenty of variety. The flexibility and professionalism of the Dornbirn/AUT-based team is demonstrated by the numerous projects they have completed rapidly and smoothly for both private and commercial clients. Herbert Zitz GATEKEEPER’S LODGE, BREGENZ/AUT The Gatekeeper’s Lodge at Marienberg Monastery is a listed building. The chimney and cornice in the area of the roof were renovated with appropriate care and attention. BLUM BESCHLÄGE, FACTORY 7, DORNBIRN/AUT This furniture fittings manufacturer required a box culvert for flood protection at its new Factory 7 development in Satzbach. The 150 m long box section culvert formed the base for the rail connection to the Blum container store and the <strong>Rhomberg</strong> resource centre.
