Property buyers can profit from the
financial advantages of an investment
property at several levels. However,
only if you do everything right can you
exploit a wide spectrum of benefits
from your investment. This statement
applies both to residential property
that is purchased as purely a financial
investment or for a pension fund,
which is to be utilised as a residence
for old age. To better advise investors,
the Rhomberg Wohnbau team developed
an attractive concept in 2009.
In collaboration with external partners,
special modules were prepared. The
modules are specifically adapted to the
needs of the customers and in this way
make the decision to invest in a buy-tolet
property easier.

Ready for the electric vehicle boom

Anybody who is thinking about the
purchase of an electric vehicle must
soon ensure that he/she can connect
it to his/her electricity supply. Although
this is not a problem in private houses,
it can be an obstacle for the purchase
of an electric car or electric scooter
for residents of units. As a rule, only
communal sockets are available in the
underground car park, which in the
case of private usage can result in
problems with the other residents or
complicated billing for the power drawn
from the communal socket. However,
installing a private connection point
in an underground car park is often
complicated and therefore expensive.
Rhomberg Wohnbau has identified this
concern in our developments. In the
residential development on Hoechsterstrasse
in Dornbirn, each space in the
underground car park is equipped with
a switchable socket. The choice of an
electric vehicle is therefore simplified
for future residents.

Car park supplies “Vlotte” with electricity
VKW-Illwerke Group crowns the roof of its car park with photovoltaic panels
270 photovoltaic modules transform the car
park on the VKW site into a power plant
designed to provide for the annual requirements
of a “Vlotte” fleet of 45 electric cars.
“Ländle” already has 30 operating
electric cars. Now if they filled their
“tanks” with electricity from photovoltaic
cells, then this environmentally
compatible concept would be perfect.
Recently this wish has become reality.
With „Gobasolar“, Goldbeck-Rhomberg
offers the client a system-built variant
which transforms what were once unproductive
flat roofs and facades into
power plants. If required, a „Gobacar“
system-built car park can be provided
at the same time.
