10.8 FORM VIII: FINANCIAL INFORMATION OF THE INVESTOR
Each incorporated Investor member shall provide audited financial statements
to demonstrate that they meet requirements stated in the instructions to
potential investors (Section 8). Each partner of a JV must fill in this form. If
necessary, use separate sheets to provide complete banker information. A copy
of audited balance sheets and statement of profit and losses for the last three
(3) years should be attached. Firms owned by individuals and partnerships
may submit their balance sheets certified by a registered accountant and
supported by copies of tax returns, if audits are not required by the laws of
their country of origin.
