(KP-5061).<br />

Check for continuity. If none, replace the cord.<br />

Check for continuity across the contacts. If none, replace the<br />

main switch.<br />

Check for continuity. If none, remove the cause of blowing and<br />

replace the fuse.<br />

Check for continuity across the contacts of switch. If none, replace<br />

the switch.<br />

With AC present, check for 24 V DC at CN2-6 and 5 V DC at<br />

CN2-1 on the power supply board (KP-5059). If none, replace<br />

the power supply board (KP-5059).<br />

Reinsert the connector. Also check for continuity within the connector<br />

cable. If none, remedy or replace the cable.<br />

Check visually and replace the main motor if necessary.<br />

Run maintenance item U030 and check if the main motor operates<br />

and replace the main motor if necessary.<br />

Run maintenance item U030 and check if YC4-9 on the engine<br />

board (KP-5061) go low. If not, replace the engine board (KP-<br />

5061).<br />

Check for continuity across the coil. If none, replace the scanner<br />

motor.<br />

Reinsert the connector. Also check for continuity within the connector<br />

cable. If none, remedy or replace the cable.<br />

Check for continuity across the coil. If none, replace Cooling fan.<br />

Reinsert the connector. Also check for continuity within the connector<br />

cable. If none, remedy or replace the cable.<br />

Check for continuity across the coil. If none, replace the feed<br />

clutch.<br />

Reinsert the connector. Also check for continuity within the connector<br />

cable. If none, remedy or replace the cable.<br />

Run maintenance item U032 and check if YC4-1 on the engine<br />

board (KP-5061) goes low. If not, replace the engine board (KP-<br />

5061).<br />
