We used the percentage of personnel assigned to BCTs in each grade to determine<br />

the number of personnel in the IRR that would be available for BCTs by multiplying the<br />

percentage for BCTs by the number of IRR personnel who would report for duty in each<br />

grade of the <strong>Army</strong> IRR. 184 Figure C.6 shows the calculations and final results.<br />
