The higher the cadre mobilization rate, the fewer the number of RC BCTs that need<br />

to be maintained in the force no matter how strict the DoD is about AC rotation guidance.<br />

Therefore, the higher the cadre mobilization rate, the larger the cost savings from a cadre<br />

augmented force. The sensitivity of average long-run annual cost savings from a cadre<br />

augmented to the cadre mobilization rate is shown in Figure 7.5. 97<br />
