Kizilirmak Delta<br />
Kizilirmak Delta is the biggest wetland in Black Sea Regi<strong>on</strong>, as well as being <strong>on</strong>e <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> the<br />
largest and the richest wetlands <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> <str<strong>on</strong>g>Turkey</str<strong>on</strong>g> in terms <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> ecological system. Kizilirmak Delta<br />
was formed by the alluvi<strong>on</strong>s carried by the l<strong>on</strong>gest river <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> <str<strong>on</strong>g>Turkey</str<strong>on</strong>g>, Kizilirmak,<br />
meandering to the Black Sea. The delta lies in the boarders <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> Ondokuzmayis, Bafra and<br />
Alacam districts <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> Samsun province, where Kizilirmak River flows into Black Sea, at the<br />
north <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> the Samsun Sinop Highway.<br />

and providing opportunity for activities such as bird watching, hiking and camping.<br />
Moreover, the delta has an important positi<strong>on</strong> in agriculture and livestock <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> <str<strong>on</strong>g>Turkey</str<strong>on</strong>g> with<br />
Bafra Plain, situated in the boarder <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> the delta.<br />
