ANNUAL MEETING MINUTES: The annual meeting minutes are available on the website or in the office for any member who wishes
to review them. According to the Bylaws, “members have 30 days from that date to give comments or input. Following the 30 day comment
period the Board will review the members’ comments and suggested changes, make the changes to the minutes that the Board deems
appropriate, and finally approve the annual meeting minutes.”
If after reviewing the minutes you wish to propose changes or corrections, please submit them in writing to the Board of Directors. The
Board will review the comments prior to the June 16, 2011 Board meeting where they will be approved. If you need to have a copy of the
minutes sent to you please contact the front desk at 376.2200.
