Food & Beverage<br />
MCC Members are settling in<strong>to</strong> spring and enjoying lunch on our outdoor patio. We look<br />
forward <strong>to</strong> the beautiful weather and increasing patronage, as well as the combination of simultaneous<br />
outdoor events. The Food & Beverage staff is dedicated <strong>to</strong> providing every member with quality<br />
attention you come <strong>to</strong> expect during busy intervals. As always, your support and patience are<br />
greatly appreciated at Camp <strong>Moraga</strong>.<br />
Lunch has become very popular here and many members have only just begun <strong>to</strong> experience<br />
our breakfast service. We offer a variety of items like Breakfast Burri<strong>to</strong>s, Pancakes and our own Camp<br />
Scramble, as well as organic coffee and espresso.<br />
Our Chefs can accommodate most any menu item or dietary need in creating the perfect dish <strong>to</strong><br />
get you through your day.<br />
Members that do come in for breakfast remain frequent return cus<strong>to</strong>mers and have<br />
provided us with some thoughtful feedback:<br />

This month, please join management as we honor Ryan Kathan, a<br />
member of both our Outside <strong>Golf</strong> Service and Pantry Staff!! When<br />
Ryan’s working with the <strong>Golf</strong> Staff his responsibilities are staging our<br />
golf cart area, cleaning members’ golf clubs and providing excellent<br />
cus<strong>to</strong>mer service. When Ryan’s working in the restaurant, you will<br />
see him behind the counter making delicious and creative salads and<br />
sandwiches.<br />
Before coming <strong>to</strong> <strong>Moraga</strong> <strong>Country</strong> Club in 2010, Ryan worked at<br />
Pennini’s preparing Pizza’s. Ryan lives close by MCC with his family<br />
in <strong>Moraga</strong>.<br />
He enjoys spending his spare time fishing with his close friends<br />
and family. When asked what he likes for entertainment he tells us<br />
he’s a Red Sox, Patriots, and Celtics fan. When he’s not rooting for<br />
his favorite teams, he’s catching up on Seinfeld, or watching Good<br />
Will Hunting while enjoying his favorite meal, Chicken and Rice.<br />
