HANDICAP SIGN UP
Please use one of the following options to sign up to keep a handicap.
1. Fill out the attached form and mail it to the post office box with a check for
$15 to sign up for a USGA GHIN Handicap. This is recognized at courses
everywhere and in all tournaments. This must be done on a yearly basis so if
you signed up last year you must do so again this year.
2. Sign up for the Golf Life Management system on the EWGA website. This
handicap system is free to all members. This handicap is only valid for
EWGA events.
In order to establish a handicap you must have 5 - 18 hole scores or a combination
of 9 holes equal to that. Please remember if you are posting a nine hole score to
indicate this when you post. Also, be sure to post all of your scores, good and bad,
so that you establish an accurate handicap.
Remember that you need a current handicap to compete in the Chapter
Championship. This is a flighted event so your handicap will allow you to compete
only with those of a similar ability.
