MAIN POINT: More than 190 million Americans are considered overweight. Often caused by inactivity
and poor eating habits, Obesity can lead to many unnecessary health problems. But awareness is the
first step to change. Start exercising, avoid fast food, and divorce your couch. An active life is a happy
life.

MAIN POINT: Nearly 55 percent of the 2.1 million U.S. veterans and troops affiliated with Iraq or
Afghanistan have reported having mental health issues. Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Traumatic Brain
Trauma and depression are serious conditions that can lead to lifelong debilitations if untreated.
Communication is important. Help ease the transition from service to normal life by aiding in veteran
affairs.
