selected fresh Scottish salmon. It’s double<br />

oak-smoked for 24 hours and free from<br />

artificial flavors or preservatives. This<br />

succulent salmon makes a great appetizer,<br />

goes nicely in a salad and is absolutely<br />

HOW TO PREPARE<br />

Place the salmon in the refrigerator to<br />

thaw. Make sure to serve it within one<br />

day of thawing. This particular salmon<br />

is best served chilled. So all you have<br />

to do is unwrap and serve with your<br />

favorite ac<strong>com</strong>paniments!<br />

HOW TO PREPARE<br />

Thawed: Leave salmon in packaging and<br />

place in refrigerator overnight. When<br />

ready to prepare, preheat the oven to<br />

400°F.<br />

Remove salmon from packaging and<br />

place skin-side down on a sheet pan<br />

sprayed with non-stick oil. Bake for<br />

15 to 22 minutes or until internal<br />

temperature reaches 150°F when<br />

measured with a thermometer.<br />

From Frozen: Preheat the oven to<br />

400°F. Remove salmon from packaging<br />

and place skin-side down on a sheet pan<br />

sprayed with non-stick oil.<br />

Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until<br />

internal temperature reaches 150°F<br />

when measured with a thermometer.<br />
